Theatre for Young Audiences Tour is a powerful vessel to inspire the youth of the Central Valley and is a lovely first-introduction to theatrical experiences. I was absolutely enthralled to work on Androcles and The Lion as a costume designer and craftsperson for this touring production. With research based in Italian Commedia dellarte, I was able to bring vibrant energy throughout the color palette while also paying homage to the 16th century silhouettes.
